HR & Office Manager


Softnauts company, located in Krakow, delivers a full range of cost-effective and reliable software development solutions for international clients. We specialize in Web and Mobile Development, including games. Our team is built from the best talent from the IT universities in Poland. Now we are looking for an HR & Office Manager, who will be responsible for the recruitment process, employer branding and ensuring overall office organization.

  • recruiting specialists from the IT sector,
  • employer branding, building brand awareness,
  • onboarding new employees,
  • ensuring overall office organization,
  • preparing reports, contracts and other documents,
  • budget management,
  • conducting negotiations with external suppliers,
  • providing administrative support to employees,
  • organising travels and company events,
  • managing content in custom CMS,
  • collaboration with external institutions,
  • monitoring the market and suggesting new growth initiatives,
