Customer Service Specialist

Softnauts, Mobile and Web Software House, located in Krakow, delivers a full range of cost - effective and reliable software development solutions for international clients. We are specializing in Web and Mobile Development, including games. Our team is built from the best talent from the IT universities in Poland. 

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service to our worldwide clients. You will also research, source, generate prospects and leads. The candidate will also contact with foreign customers and prepare marketing materials, so fluent English is a must. 



Requirements:

  • fluent English (written and spoken),
  • 1+ year of experience working with customers,
  • knowledge of new technologies and IT industry,
  • excellent communication skills,
  • relationship building skills,
  • good organisation of work, independence and professionalism in action,
  • proactive approach in day-to-day workflow;


Nice to have:

  • educational background in the field of linguistics / English philology,
  • experience selling to international clients;
